Ever look up at the sky and wonder whats happening in the star thats
10 light years away? Wonder what those tiny, sparking stars are
actually made of?? Where we came from? How our solar system came into
existance? Well... it might amaze you a little to know that we are
actually a small panet that revolves around an average sized star at
the side arms of one of the 10 billion galaxies that are present in
the universe...
Reading the last line, one thought pops into my head.
Insignificance.... all of us are so wrapped up in our daily lives that
we fail to see the bigger picture. Each one lives in their own world
and being so absorbed in it... like an isolated sphere. But we can't
survive on our own... interactions with the outside world make us who
we are. We have to looks at things from a higher plane and not be
absorbed in our own sense of importance.
Another angle... everything, however small is important by itself...
as they say, tiny drops of water make an ocean. Every spec has
something unique, something that sets it apart from the rest. And all
the parts have to co-exist and co-ordinate with each other for the
whole to perform efficiently. I don't have much knowledge to offer
about the management side of things...( i think 'zilch' would be the
perfect word to use!! :) ) but i believe this is one of the main
criteria to be fulfilled for any organisation to perform efficiently.
ps- the picture is of a perfect spiral galaxy that i found online long ago.... i hope i'm not violating some ten zillion copyright laws!!!
